چکیده

The hybrid modules developed by a Swiss startup, Insolight, consist of micro-concentrator photovoltaic (micro-CPV) sub-module mounted on non-concentrator Si backplane. Embedding the micro-CPV cells top flat plate module complements high efficiency CPV with geographic versatility cells. Characterization such should be adapted for requirements and challenges posed component submodules. layer utilizes direct incident radiation bottom diffuse component. Therefore, it is necessary to test under two lighting conditions. This paper demonstrates novel solar simulator design indoor characterization based collimated-light Instituto de Energía Solar-UPM. new adds provisions testing Silicon submodules uniform light incorporating diffusive elements in path reducing stray light. existing at UPM has been refurbished concepts. I-V curve characterized indoors using several configurations compared reference measurements obtained outdoors order optimize validate setup.
